Jesper Bech Petersen

Certified senior IT Project Manager (IPMA Level B | SAFe Agilist | Scrum Master | Prince2 Practitioner | Master of IT leadership and management from ITU | B.Sc., Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen), having successfully lead projects for the past 25+ years.

I’ve worked full-time in the IT industry since 1989 and my current areas of expertise include - senior IT project management, technical project management, IT project audit and turn-around, advising on solution development and delivery, and advising on solution architecture.

Besides having run numerous projects, I’ve also held positions as an IT management consultant, assistant IT program manager, IT development manager, IT service delivery manager, IT solution architect and IT solution developer. I’ve worked for Danish and foreign companies and been a partner in start-ups. Sector focus has predominantly been finance, public sector, and transportation.

In 2017, I finished a master in IT leadership and management from the IT University of Copenhagen with a thesis on “Knowledge based reduction of risk and uncertainty in IT projects”.
